Who is American
Digicom?
American Digicom is a small, newly formed
company (feb. 2005) located in Chicago, IL. The
owners/operators have been in the web business
for over 5 years and with an excellent track record

Does American
Digicom have a company website I can see?
Not yet, but we will have a site up & running
in the very near future. It will be located at
AmericanDigi.com
when live. (Currently Under
Contruction)
What Forms
Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa,
Master Card, American Express & Discover)
or you can pay directly from your bank account
if you don't have a credit card.
Is my credit
card &/or bank info safe?
Absolutely! All transactions are processed
on secure servers by Authorize.net
& billed by American Digicom. Your credit/bank
info is never stored & will be deleted after
the transaction is complete. You can find our

What is
your return/refund policy?
We off a 100% refund
or exchange. You can find our Refund Policy
HERE.
You will be fully credited or reimbursed for any
shipping charges on returns/exchanges.
What are
your shipping/handling charges?
Currently we offer shipping via UPS at a flat
rate: UPS Ground - $5 and UPS Next
Day Air - $9. This also means that no matter
how many you order the shipping/handling fee will
never change. All orders will ship the same day,
before 5pm CST. You will recieve an email to notify
you when your t-shirt has shipped, along with
your UPS tracking number.
My shirt
size isn't offered, do you plan on making other
sizes available?
Yes we do! We just started off with general
sizes, but many of you have been asking about
other sizes. So they are in the works.
It's been
over 3 yrs. since 9/11! Why now?
After a period of time we noticed that
a lot of people had already put September 11th
behind them. To us, it seemed it was being treated
as just another old headline. We realize that
no one has actually forgotten what happened on
that day, but we believe it's memory should live
on. We made up a few shirts for our personal use,
when we were approached by numerous people asking
where they can get a shirt of their own. That's
when we fealt it important to make more shirts
& make them available to all.
Who recieves
the profits?
We decided it would be best to give something
back. Since our current situation is at war, we
thought it best to help out our troops in the
Middle East & other hospitalized veterans.
So we decided to give a portion of the profits
to the National Veterans
Foundation. Please visit their website for
any questions you may have about them. They have
been very helpful in answering our surfer's questions.
How do I
know there was ACTUALLY a donation made?
We will be adding a page especially for
just that! It will document exactly how much &
when it was donated. Since this site is still
brand new, you can expect to see this page sometime
in the next few months. After that we will have
a better idea of our sales volume & can give
you our exact commitment.
